Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HubSpot Contractor to assist with the setup, testing, and optimization of various HubSpot modules. The contractor will work closely with a consultant to provide live assistance and knowledge transfer during scheduled Zoom sessions. The project is expected to require approximately 80 hours of work, delivered over the course of 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Setup & Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of the following HubSpot modules:
- Sales Hub Professional (4 Sales Seats)
- Service Hub Professional (4 Service Seats)
- Content Hub Professional (Includes 3 Core Seats)
- Operations Hub Professional (Includes 1 Core Seat)
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the configured modules to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and function seamlessly.
- Knowledge Transfer: Provide live, hands-on assistance and training during scheduled Zoom sessions to empower the client with the necessary skills to manage and utilize HubSpot effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during setup and testing.
- Documentation: Document configurations, processes, and any custom setups to ensure the client has a reference for future use.
- Continuous Feedback: Offer insights and best practices for optimizing the use of HubSpot based on the client’s specific business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up and configuring HubSpot modules, particularly Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and the ability to tailor HubSpot functionalities to meet business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner during live sessions.
- Experience with live training and knowledge transfer, preferably in a remote setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Availability to dedicate approximately 50 hours over a 30-day period, with flexible scheduling to accommodate live Zoom sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience working with clients in similar industries or business settings.
- Familiarity with Zoom or other remote collaboration tools.
