What’s Under the Hood

SilverRock offers a variety of ancillary products and administrative services encompassing everything from GAP coverage to vehicle theft and GPS tracking to dealership fleet management. That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, the Ancillary Specialist will review and adjudicate claims for our GAP product. This includes verifying multiple documents to ensure the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer.

The Specifics.

• High School diploma required, Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of GAP and/or Insurance Claims background preferred.
