JOB SUMMARY

For over six years, we’ve specialized in providing AI-driven order management for fast food restaurants, and we’re now expanding our services to include small and medium-sized businesses. Our business has three main areas:

• Restaurant Chains: We offer AI services on a per-order basis to major chains with over 1,000 locations, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Jack in the Box, Burger King, Domino’s, and 20 others.
• Service and Sales Call Centers: We offer AI solutions to call centers across various industries, charging on an hourly basis for seat usage.
• Voice AI Assistants: Our newest offering focuses on small and medium-sized businesses across all industries. We provide AI Voice Assistants that operate 24/7 to handle calls for any size restaurant, gyms, bars, lead qualification, appointment booking, customer refunds, and virtually any other business which takes phone calls. With over 25 million small businesses in the U.S., this market presents a significant opportunity with virtually no competition.

Our SMB subscriptions are available on a monthly basis which include a set number of minutes. Given the high cost of labor and the need for round-the-clock phone support, our affordable pricing and flexible terms – including a 7-day free trial and no long-term contracts – result in a close rate of over 50%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Arrange free-trial demos with potential customers, which will be conducted and finalized by our specialized team.
• Receive comprehensive marketing materials and targeted prospect lists organized by industry vertical.
• Represent our company at trade shows and sales events to demonstrate our AI solutions in action

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized and professional demeanor required
• Clean-cut appearance necessary
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in cold calling, both by phone and in person, is essential
• Ability to confidently ask for business is crucial
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
