Trissential is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join our client team remotely. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in Business Analysis and a strong technical foundation, ready to take on more responsibility. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will act as a key interface between technical teams and user communities, ensuring effective communication and the successful delivery of business solutions. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to work independently on tasks while also receiving guidance when needed. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage specific tasks, while seeking guidance from senior team members on more complex issues
- Serve as a key contact between technical project teams and user communities, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and end users on supplier evaluation activities, ensuring that the gathered insights contribute to informed decision-making
- Participate actively in meetings and discussions, providing insights and helping to shape solutions that meet business objectives
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand your knowledge in technology, industry trends, and related areas
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Intermediate experience in Business Analysis, with a demonstrated ability to approach complex challenges analytically and strategically
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently on tasks, while also being open to guidance and collaboration in more complex scenarios
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improving business processes
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Additional certifications or coursework in Business Analysis are a plus
Essential skills:
- Independent work ethic coupled with strong team collaboration abilities
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on understanding and addressing business needs
- Solid technical aptitude, with a keen interest in systems and technology
- An Agile mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience:
- 2 – 7 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field
Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $40 to $50 depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
