Summary of Position
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner provides employees and leaders support on performance and career development, manager coaching, culture, and HR initiatives. This role supports global teams from North America to Argentina to Europe. This position is keen to innovate, confident in their abilities related to HR, thoughtful and empathetic, and excited to have a profound impact on the healthcare industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, people managers and employees, and provide guidance on all organization and people matters.

Partner with client group(s), other People Partners, and DEI team to create an inclusive culture focused on open communication, accountability and belonging.

Work with Senior HRBPs to advise client groups on all things people-related: performance management, talent development, compensation, leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational design.

Conduct exit interviews, compile data, and present findings to broader People team and/or leadership as needed.

Provide 2nd tier support, including employee intake and investigations.

Audit and manage data changes, both within our HRIS (Workday) and outside of it.

Process employees’ requests for tuition reimbursement, to work out of country, relocate, etc.

Work with Legal and Immigration teams to process immigration related requests, such as visa stamping and green card applications.

Organize offsites, events, and team building.
-
Track and present data related employee feedback, such as Engagement Surveys.

Create email templates and job profiles, run reports, and process promotions.

Work with various teams to assist with onboarding, work model arrangements, and return to work process.

Collaborate with the broader People Team to support company-wide People initiatives and help solve organizational challenges using people-related solutions to move our mission and business goals forward.

Provide guidance for questions and consultation related to HR topics and issues; properly identify and effectively resolve routine and complex employee relations issues.

Collaborate closely with the Global HR specialist functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Systems & Analytics, etc. to support company-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications Expected for Position

3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist, or other HR related role, such as Talent Acquisition.

1+ years’ experience supporting technical groups (Engineering/Product Management or Data Science).

Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships and provide high quality service with key internal partners.
-
Comfort with ambiguity and thrives while guiding the business through change.
-
Ability to see big picture but understand details and operational realties.
-
Basic knowledge of current HR policies, trends, and benchmarking.
-
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills.
-
Fluent with MS Office tools and Workday.
-
Hypergrowth or start-up experience strongly desired.
