The Associate Reporting Analyst, Quality, works under the direction of Quality team leadership to produce monthly ODAG reports and other regulatory reports as assigned. ODAG reports are mandated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and are delivered to our health plan partners on a strict monthly cycle. ODAG reports must be complete and correct to the best of our ability. The associate reporting analyst will not only produce the reports but use critical thinking and analytic skills to scrub the data for errors and other issues with the data. They will report all errors noted using a defined process and escalate to leadership as needed. While the focus of this role is producing ODAGs, the associate reporting analyst may also be asked to support other reporting or quality projects on an as needed basis.
This positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
