Barista/Server Job 2024 Part Time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality? Love the smell of fresh baked-goods in the morning? Loco Social is seeking people-people to join our team as Services Team Members. As a Service Team Member, you will play an important role in completing the final steps of Epic food and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well-served from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and recommend new and tasty menu items
Accurately take orders and accept payment
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Loco Social standards and recipes.
Serve alcohol responsibly
Perform regular cleaning and organization tasks to keep the café tidy and welcoming.
Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill orders smoothly and efficiently.
Support additional duties as required for the smooth operation of the business.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Must possess the ability to hear, see, taste, and smell.

High School Diploma and previous customer service experience preferred
