Bartender/Server Job 2024 Full Time

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
– Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
– Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service
– Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Bartender
– Knowledge of food handling procedures and beverage preparation techniques
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
– Sales skills to promote specials and increase revenue
– Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately
– Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting within the food industry
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Proficiency in operating POS systems
– Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $3.50 per hour
