Bartender/Server Job 2024 Part Time

Duties:

– Serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to customers
– Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
– Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
– Maintain a clean and organized area
– Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible drinking
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
– Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

Skills:

– Excellent customer service skills
– Willingness to learn our menu inside and out
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
– Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
– Ability to work well as part of a team

Note: Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.28 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 24 per week
