**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and attentive Beverage Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, the Beverage Server will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable and satisfying experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverage service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** – Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction – Prepare and serve beverages to guests, including cocktails, wine, and beer – Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards – Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared in compliance with food industry regulations – Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute catering events – Provide dietary aide support to guests with special dietary needs – Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently – Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and friendly dining environment **Qualifications** – Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting – Strong knowledge of beverage service and food industry regulations – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment – Experience with food handling and food safety procedures – Familiarity with catering events and dietary aide practices – Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays – Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights – A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
