Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: – Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner – Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options – Take accurate food and drink orders from guests – Enter orders into the Aloha POS system accurately – Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently – Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal – Clear tables and reset them for the next guest – Assist with food preparation as needed – Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders – Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly – Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Requirements: – Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required – Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality – Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment – Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately – Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices – Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members – Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment if necessary Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internships.
