Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sales of Payroll, HR, Benefits, HRIS, MSP, VMS, and ERP services. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the value of our services.
