Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough prospect research to identify and qualify leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Craft and execute compelling, personalized outreach campaigns, including cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels (Whatsapp, SMS, etc).
- Manage multichannel outreach strategies to engage prospects across various platforms.
- Tailor initial outreach sequences based on in-depth research to create personalized campaigns.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads for Business Development Managers.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Experience in lead generation and sales processes, particularly within the iGaming and Adult industries.
- Proven experience in finding and engaging relevant B2B leads, including platform owners, CMOs, CTOs, and other key decision-makers within these sectors.
- Strong English writing skills (B2-C1 level).
- Conversational English (B2 level) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to craft concise, personalized, and engaging message sequences.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in managing LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
