Conduct outbound B2B calls on behalf of multiple clients.
VSA Prospecting, a best-in-class lead generation and appointment-setting firm since 2001, is seeking dynamic and self-driven individuals with excellent telephone communication skills to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDR). In this role, you will engage in B2B outreach for various companies across diverse industries.
Training is expected to begin in mid-September. After training, we ask that you are available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. VSA’s standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound B2B calls on behalf of multiple clients
– Using available resources/systems, research and provide accurate responses to customers.
– Work collaboratively with VSA Program Managers, other BDRs, and team members to enhance program effectiveness
– Maintain clear and effective communication remotely
Technology Requirements:
– 100% remote position. A home office or quiet place to work without background noise is required.
– Personal computer (desktop or laptop) with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a functioning webcam, used exclusively for work to ensure security and privacy
– Windows 10 or higher
– Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps
– USB headset with noise cancellation for clear communication
Required Skills:
– Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
– Must have great writing skills (grammar, punctuation)
– Must be extremely computer proficient (assessment required)
– Ability to get past a gate keeper to talk to a Decision Maker
– Ability to talk to senior level Decision Makers
– Ability to speak on the phone in a professional and efficient manner
– Ability to resolve issues to benefit both customer and company

Experience/Education:
– Previous customer service experience in inbound/outbound, customer service, or sales environment (minimum 2 years)
– Telemarketing background a plus
– Appointment setting a plus
– Experience in completing surveys a plus
– Cold calling B2B experience required (minimum 2 years)
– Call center experience a plus
– HS Diploma
– Knowledge of call center CRM, telephony, and technology
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
