Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Hours: M-F 8-5pm EST
Job type: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Resource’s typical working day:
- CMMS system that takes work orders and
- This candidate will be utilizing a CMMS system on the client side. They will review each work order in the system and identify if it is a service *** needs to provide (They will be provided with a matrix of what services *** provides). Then if it is a *** service they will then go into the *** side and enter that data.
- The other part of this role that is Important is they will be client facing.
- They will need to problem solve daily and be able to deliver on what the client needs.
Years of Experience needed: 2 years of business experience is required. They must have experience with a work order system
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Top Must have Skills:
- Detail Oriented
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Strong client facing skills
- Experience in a professional business setting
- Experience with a work order system
Top Nice to have Skills:
Service Insight experience or CMMS experience is HIGHLY preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
