Client Services Representative Job 2024 Part Time

## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a commission based position. Make as much as you want. There is no limit to what you can make. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and promoting company products and services. You will be required to contact potentially new clients and explain the services that we provide. Training in this area will be provided.

## Duties
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– create marketing on all social media platforms

– Cold contact new clients and sign them up for our services
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Assist customers with any questions they may have
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Collaborate with the admin team to meet customer needs
– Utilize software to track customer interactions

## Skills
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in Office, workwave or similar CRM software
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
