Cloud Human Capital Management _ORACLE Job 2024 Full Time

• Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation:

  • Lead or support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.

• System Administration & Support:

  • Administer Oracle Cloud HCM systems, performing regular updates, maintenance, and system audits to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM users, addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage security roles and permissions within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline HR processes through the effective use of Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, new features, and product enhancements to ensure the system is utilized to its full potential.
  • Recommend and implement system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.

• Reporting & Data Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud HCM to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Leverage Oracle’s reporting tools to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems and processes.

• Training & User Support:

  • Provide training and support to HR and other business users to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
  • Create user documentation, guides, and training materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Proven experience managing complex Oracle Cloud HCM projects.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred but not required.
