PhoneOps is a nationwide NON-QM Private Lender and we are only looking for the best candidate to work as a HIGH-END Commercial Loan Officer specializing in the CLTV program.
This is a 6-Figure Income opportunity and this position is only for serious individuals that are looking to work full-time, long-term and ready to invest in themselves.
**Duties:**
Your main duty would be to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of PhoneOps CLTV Program for apartment buildings from $500K to $7M online through all Social Media sites and offline through Realtors and Real Estate Investors to produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
You will be assigned your very own landing page to be more efficient with your marketing. No licensing is required since this is a Non-QM product. This position requires full-time dedication and motivation on your part. Step-by-Step instructions will be provided through our online training site.
**Skills:**
* Must have a full home office equipped with computer, at least 2 monitors, high speed internet, mouse, and a dedicated phone line.
* Must be a self-starter that do not need to be supervised or assigned to a manager.
* Must be able to work at least 5 days a week, marketing PhoneOps CLTV Program, talking to Listing Agents, perform follow-up calls, keeping logs of your transactions and reporting to our Back Office Team at the end of every Friday.
* Must have high knowledge of PhoneOps CLTV Program in order to have a clear understanding of the program, able to answer questions and partner with Realtors to help get their listings sold. Knowing the full scope of this program will also make you very successful.
* Must have active accounts with the following platforms with a minimum of 5,000 followers/Subscribers: Facebook, LinkedIn, InstaGram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube along with an account with Craig’s List and Google Ads.
