COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER Job 2024 Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Manager to join our client’s EUCAN Regional Communications team for a remote, contract opportunity!

As a Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communications programs that align with key regional business priorities. You will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure that communications strategies effectively support our client’s product portfolio, regional milestones, and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated external and internal product communications plans that align with regional commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Global Cross-Functional (XF) partners, including Commercial/Marketing Franchise Leads, Medical Affairs, Policy, PRT, and Legal, to plan and implement regional communications programs.
• Represent EUCAN Communications on brand leadership and strategy teams, such as Global Commercial Team (GCT) meetings.
• Support engagement with third-party organizations, including patient advocacy groups, as relevant to regional communications initiatives.
• Oversee the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process for EUCAN regional materials requiring review, including global materials when necessary (e.g., Clinical Review Documents for global product issues).
• Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee budget allocation for communications programs.
• Establish, track, and measure the success of communications programs, ensuring alignment with regional goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on regional or global communications strategies.
• Proven experience in managing integrated communications programs across multiple markets.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
