Her Pregnancy and Life Assistance Network (Her PLAN) is a project of the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund that strengthens and grows the pro-life safety net. The project works across seven categories of care that encompass assistance to address the reasons women resort to abortion. The program currently offers resource directories in 29 states and full-time community coordinators in 10 states.

The Her PLAN Compliance Team is responsible for the vetting process that each provider goes through before being listed on the directory. The Compliance Analyst is a vital member of the Her PLAN Compliance Team. Each Compliance Analyst will be assigned certain states to support the Directory Analyst Team as they discover new providers in shepherding those providers through our compliance process. The Compliance Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing previously approved providers on a rolling basis to maintain the integrity of the providers on the website.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Compliance Director.

Essential Functions:

Becoming well versed in the Her PLAN compliance process and answering compliance questions that may arise from directory analysts and others

Conducting research and staying up to date on the applicable laws in the states you are responsible for

Completing Initial Compliance Checks and Licensure checks, which includes insurance review, web checks, and public record checks

Reviewing information and answers we get back from providers and doing an initial assessment as to whether the provider meets our standards

Conducting a periodic, rolling review of prior providers that are on the site in order to maintain the integrity of the website

Aiding in development of Knowledge Base Articles and Handbook updates as necessary

Attending weekly meetings

Other duties as may be assigned

Work Environment

This position will work from the employee’s home office location. It is a remote position.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing.

May be required to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
