Position Summary:
Responsible for the ordering and preparation of condominium and co-op documentation for review by the Condo Specialists in accordance with department policies, procedures and service levels. Manages multiple reports and/or queues for effective pipeline management and issue identification/escalation while adhering to established turn time, productivity and quality metrics. Coordinates communication between interested parties (production staff and condominium personnel, etc.) ensuring documents are requested/disbursed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers required condominium or co-op project documentation from internal resources or third party companies.
- Reviews and makes informed decisions on required review type for all condominiums, in accordance with loan type, occupancy, LTV and condo project status for submission to Condo Specialists.
- Effectively maintains and manages a pipeline of 30 to 40 projects at any given time.
- Manages incoming project documents and requests additional information as needed.
- Ensures documents are accurate, consistent and compliant while applying investor and industry knowledge to identify red flags on documentation.
- Archives documentation to the correct system of record and adds to department database.
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, answering fundamental questions and giving accurate advice to internal staff.
- Manages multiple reports and/or queues for effective pipeline management and issue identification and escalation.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Experience in the Mortgage industry of one (1) year or more preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $14.42 – 27.40/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
