The Consumer Sales Analyst will evaluate and identify trends in residential sales by researching, analyzing industry data, from both within the company and sales partners. Will perform collection and gathering of information and data to create coherent reports, then presenting reports to the team, management and sales partners. Using either available or collected data, draw insights that can be used to create actionable sales strategies.

• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
• Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
• Work collaboratively with programmers to create tools to collect and analyze data
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
• Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
• Communicate with management team regularly
• Present actionable information and insights to management team and sales partners
• Offer suggestions and direction from analysis to help guide organization decision-makers
• Collaborate with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight

• Minimum education required is a degree in accounting, economics mathematics, business, marketing, computer science or related fields.
• 4-6 years applicable experience
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software
• Functional experience with database and spreadsheet software, high familiarity of MS Excel a must
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, familiarity of Tableau preferred
• Currently knowledge of or ability to quickly learn data mining tools and techniques
• Experience performing various forms of online research
• Significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented and a strict attention and appreciation for deadlines
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
• Candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter and a great team player. High standards and attention to detail are necessary to ensure production of quality timely work.

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $55,882 – $84,714
