As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, driving adoption, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships, act as an advocate for the customer within the company, and work closely with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition from sales to active users.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business goals and ensuring our solutions meet their needs.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organisation, providing feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
• Proactive Support: Monitor customer health metrics and engage proactively with customers to prevent churn, address issues, and drive continuous value from our products and services.
• Training and Education: Conduct regular training sessions and provide resources to help customers maximise their use of our products and services.
• Renewals and Upselling: Work closely with the sales team to manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and use these insights to drive customer success strategies.
• Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption rates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
