Job Description
General Summary: PAI is looking to hire a Director, Cash Management Services, who is responsible for bailment cash acquisition and development of cash related services. This person will lead the negotiation to add cash suppliers and manage the ongoing relationship with them on behalf of PAI. They will maintain ownership of cash product development and with the commercial organization, create and drive the go to market plans. This individual must possess a positive can-do attitude, demonstrate enthusiasm for customers, solve problems, multi-task, and engage owner/operators in the process when necessary. The person will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Identify cash providers that will help provide resilience in supply for our ATM fleet and to support growth in cash provisioning and related products
- Partner with Brink’s FI Sales channel and corporate treasury to build and execute supply pipeline
- Lead negotiation of bailment contracts that enable the PAI bailment program, including offsetting balances
- Become thought leader and subject matter expert for cash management services that include
- Cash supply, reconciliation & disputes
- Inventory forecasting and management
- ATM forecasting and management
- Cash Loading and Monitoring
- Manage strategy and positioning for cash centric products
- Individual must understand broader company products: AMS, processing etc
- Become internal champion for bailment product enhancements including
- Adding processor and armored parties, especially closing geographical / global expansion
- Automation improvement and reporting
- Bundling approach, SLA’s and building of standard contract
- New delivery models, with consideration for FI and ISO channels
- Define market segments and go-to-market strategy for each; IAD, FI etc
- With support of PAI and Brink’s Sales teams
- drive pipeline and conversion of large accounts to meet revenue and margin targets
- support new accounts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related area
- Experienced engaging with FI treasury divisions
- Highly ambitious, willing to take on new tasks with little to no direction
- Travel will be required (Approx. 30%)
A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required.

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Strong working knowledge / understanding of Microsoft Excel is required
- Ability to learn software applications quickly
- Minimum two years’ experience with PAI Reports is a plus
EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. Constant moving (up/down/around the office area) to address questions and provide coaching. Continuous looking at a computer screen. Daily contact with management and with co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 50 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.
