As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our email marketing efforts.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Email Marketing Manager with extensive experience in HubSpot to drive our email marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing email campaigns, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a keen understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
You will play a pivotal role in nurturing leads, engaging our audience, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the Milan Art Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing and business objectives.
- Utilize HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Segment email lists based on audience insights, behaviors, and preferences to deliver highly targeted and personalized content.
- Craft compelling and brand-aligned email content, collaborating with our design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) to continuously improve performance metrics.
- Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Maintain and enhance our email list hygiene, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, HubSpot updates, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- Work cross-functionally with the leadership, content, and design teams to ensure email marketing aligns with broader marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in D2C marketing and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot’s email marketing tools and CRM functionality.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on key email marketing metrics, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of email customization and optimization.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the art, education, or online course industry is a plus.
