Engagement Marketing Associate Job 2024 Full Time

We’re seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager to support all aspects of digital member communication through email, SMS, and push notifications. This is a tactical role responsible for executing our email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing strategies, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis. This role will be full time, fully remote, and will report to our Director of Engagement Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end production tasks, such as campaign creation, list segmentation, QA, and deployment
• Work closely with key stakeholders to operationalize both ad hoc and automated campaign requests inclusive of email, SMS and push notifications
• Partner with the Global Customer Marketing Lead to localize lifecycle emails into regional languages
• Monitor campaign automation process to identify areas for optimization and improvement

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years in email marketing, campaign operations, or a similar role (Iterable or other cross-channel marketing platform experience a plus)
• Ability to work autonomously; comfortable building end-to-end campaigns/assets in standard MarTech (e.g. Iterable/Braze, Wordpress, etc).
• Basic understanding of email best practices (A/B testing, accessibility, CAN-SPAM)
• HTML experience a plus
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Asana or other project management software experience a plus)
• Clear, thorough communicator
• A passion for mental health with a key focus on always putting our members first

The target base salary range for this position is $66,500 – $82,100 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
