Provide Salesforce administrative services and technical support for connected applications ACU Online Employees
Provide technical support for all CRM users, manage support calls in order of urgency, and escalate calls where needed.
Assist with data management (entering leads, record updates, duplications, run reports, etc.).
Basic Salesforce Administration (Data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc).
User Management, creation/deactivation, role assignment
Monitor automated bulk data update jobs.
Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases.
Assist with implementing & testing all-new enhancements and add-ons from Salesforce releases as well as and custom internal enhancements.
Create step-by-step user guides/manuals.
Training and new user onboarding of systems
Provide regular reporting to the Enrollment Operations team as required.

Evidence of capacity to quickly learn new software applications and data management systems.
Experience in technical support preferred.
