– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
– Process guest payments using POS system and handle cash transactions
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
– Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

– Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
– Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
– Knowledge of basic math for order taking and cash handling
– Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
