Job Responsibilities
- Manage Work Order Lifecycle: Take charge of the entire work order process, ensuring that maintenance and service requests are efficiently processed and completed.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with maintenance technicians, suppliers, clients, and Aramark account management teams to understand their needs and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Utilize Technology: Operate and update internal and external technology platforms, such as WMS, Portals, and telephony systems, to streamline service coordination.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Maintain a professional, welcoming, engaging, and helpful attitude in all interactions with internal and external customers, consistently striving for service excellence.
- Request Handling: Receive service requests via phone and email, prioritize them, and coordinate their resolution efficiently.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors as needed to support our service operations.
- Approval Escalation: Identify and escalate service requests that require approvals beyond client authorization levels.
- On-Call Availability: Be available for after-hours support as required by business needs, ensuring continuity of service delivery.

- Dispatch Experience: Previous experience in a dispatch or contact center environment is preferred.
