Job Summary
Independent Financial Brokerage under the umbrella of an international financial agency. We are seeking to expand our financial services distribution platform nationwide. We continue to experience tremendous growth and are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their financial goals and dreams. Characteristics that we seek include ambitious and driven individuals, a business ownership mindset, can thrive in a team environment and carry over leadership experience for potential Broker positions in their future. Currently we are filling both Full-TIme and Part-Time Remote Financial Services Associate role.

We have one of the most diverse Brokerages in the industry with a variety of career backgrounds, ages, race, gender, beliefs and more. We put that diversity to work in the financial industry helping three primary markets; individuals, families and business owners reach their financial goals through financial education and strategizing.

Duties
– Work directly with clients to build a trusting relationship, provide financial guidance and navigate the best solutions for their most important financial needs.

– Steward business by working closely with the providers to handle the processing of policies and financial solutions.

– Support the training processes of other valued associates in the field when needed.

– Mentor and develop associates skills to help them achieve their individual and team objectives.

Pay: $2,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
