Private Country Club is seeking professional part and/or full time A la Carte Servers and Banquet Servers
MUST have a Minimum of 2 years of Fine Dining Serving Experience
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting Club Members and showing them to their table.
-Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set with linens, silverware, and glassware for all dining services and events.
-Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available food/beverages.
-Presenting customers with the menu, informing them of daily specials, and taking food and beverage orders.
-Performing shift duties such as prepping service stations, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, etc.
-Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
-Attending to tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards.
-Setting up tables and chairs, dressing and setting tables for events and dinner services.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2-years of serving experience is REQUIRED. Country Club experience is a plus!
-Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. No exceptions.
-Experience using digital POS ordering systems.
-Strong interpersonal, communicative, and listening skills.
-Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent customer service skills are a MUST.
-Good physical condition – Job requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time and the ability to lift heavy items, trays, tables, chairs, etc.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: $22.00+ per hour
Expected hours: 15-40 per week
