Flame P M Server Part Time
About the role:
The position is a part time seasonal position on the food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and an expert on the menu options for dinner service in the fine dining outlet.
What you will do:
-
Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods .

Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.
-
Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner .
-
Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments.
-
Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery.
What you bring:
-
2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required .
-
T his role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
-
Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
-
Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
