Duties:
– Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner
– Manage seating arrangements effectively and estimate wait times accurately
– Present menus, provide recommendations, and address customer inquiries
– Support with reservation management using our system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front-of-house area
– Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management for seamless service
– Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Skills:
– Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities
– Proficiency in restaurant operations and guest relations
– Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS for seating coordination and reservations
