Position Overview:
F & B Team Members/Servers are trained operators who are responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of their assigned location(s), as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their location in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service. They will operate by efficiently taking, preparing, checking, and distributing each guest’s order in a manner that is consistent with the procedures provided to them.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Eagerly greet customers with a welcoming, friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with their purchases, respond to inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
- Provide guidance on company policy, safety standards and facility knowledge.
- Receive and process payment from guests for products and services.
- Accurately process credit card and electronic payments ensuring PCI compliance.
- Issue receipts or invoices for completed transactions.
- Ensure products are properly entered and scanned into the POS and that prices are accurate.
- Stay informed on menu offerings, daily specials and any changes to ingredients or preparation methods.
- Ensure food and drink recipes are properly followed to maintain consistency.
- Enforce and adhere to all departmental, property and safety policies and procedures.
- Identification checks to ensure compliance with age-related regulations.
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Keep workstations clean and tidy.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Integrity and trustworthiness.
- Excellent communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous server, food preparation or bartending experience preferred.
