We are looking to hire Front of House Associate to join our dynamic team. Below you will find the responsibilities and qualifications desired for the role.
About Front of House Associate role:
As our Front of House Associate you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Beehive Kitchen menu. Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm.
- Will work as a team player with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Responsible for walking our guests through the process.
- Attentive to guests with allergies and dietary concerns.
- Reporting to the Kitchen manager any variance of food quality.
- Reporting to the Kitchen manager needs to fire more food.
- Must have great people skills, patience, good memory, team player, able to handle high volume and pressure.
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
Qualifications:
- Sense of urgency
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Wants to be a part of a great team
- Ability to work 8+ hours a day if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if needed
