Front of House Support assists the restaurant team in achieving the policies and procedures in place for operational excellence. They also help to protect The Exchange Pub and Kitchen brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and quality work environment.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Servers and support to Front of House: runner, busser duties.
Ensure that every guest feels welcome and is given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times; is upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Observant and responsive, alert to Guests’ needs.
Assist with daily operations.
Greet Guests with a smile.
Clean and stock all guest areas.
Prep of various food, drink and other items as required.
Clean, sanitize and keep food/service areas stocked.
Meet restaurant and customer service objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 16 years of age.
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
Restaurant experience preferred.
Customer focused.
Be flexible with schedule, work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed and carry trays as needed.
