Our Banquet Server opportunity is a great part-time position for extra money or to get an introduction into hospitality and events. Our Banquet Server opening is a part-time position that is year-round.
Shifts for this position vary depending on meeting/event parameters:
- AM shifts start between 5am and 6:30am and end between 2pm and 4pm
- PM shifts start between 2pm and 4pm and end between 11pm and 12am
- Available to work Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter & Mother’s Day is required of all banquet staff – shifts are 9am-5pm for our profitable holiday brunches
- Weekend availability a must – weekend scheduling is primarily Friday & Saturday with occasional Sundays

Our Banquet/Event Servers have an important role in ensuring exceptional service for guests during business and group meetings, as well as fundraising galas and social events such as weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, holiday brunches, etc.
Daily activities of our Banquet/Event Servers include tasks such as setting up tables (glassware, plate ware and silverware) and buffets, refreshing food and beverage buffets, serving food and beverage, bussing tables, breaking down and properly storing and caring for banquet equipment, cleaning and maintaining function spaces, responding to guest requests in a timely manner, etc.
A passion for ensuring an outstanding guest experience is required, but experience is not.
