Job Overview: As a Government Contract Bid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business development strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying government contract opportunities that align with Prime Solvers LLC’s capabilities, sourcing competitive quotes from similarly situated small business subcontractors, and crafting high-quality, compliant proposals that meet the stringent requirements of U.S. government solicitations.

Please note: This is a commission-based position, with compensation of $1,000 for every awarded contract. There is no base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively search for and identify government contract opportunities that are a good fit for Prime Solvers LLC, leveraging your industry knowledge and research skills.
• Subcontractor Sourcing: Engage and collaborate with similarly situated small business subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes, ensuring that our bids are both competitive and compliant.
• Proposal Writing: Draft, revise, and finalize high-quality proposals that address the specific requirements of each solicitation, positioning Prime Solvers LLC as a strong contender despite our lack of past performance.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all proposals adhere to U.S. government regulations, are error-free, and are submitted by strict deadlines.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on subcontractors, industry standards, and pricing strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of each proposal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align proposal strategies with company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to bidding.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all submitted proposals, including feedback and outcomes, to continuously improve future submissions.

Qualifications:

• Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting, proposal writing, and subcontractor management is required. This experience is critical to succeeding in this role.
• Self-Motivation & Discipline: The role demands a high level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with a proven ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills are necessary for identifying opportunities, evaluating subcontractor quotes, and developing competitive proposals.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is critical, as even minor errors can disqualify a proposal. Precision and thoroughness are key.
• Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, while meeting all deadlines, is a must.
