The Job

As our Group Coordinator, you will overlook the processing of group room reservations within the hotel and play a huge part in the communication between the resort and the group contact. This position is also involved in overlooking individual group contracts and maximizing revenue and utilization of the resort. The Group Coordinator must manage all group room blocks and maintain and communicate all contractual agreements pertaining to the room block.

• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
• Have prior administrative experience.
• Strong knowledge in Springer Miller.
• Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and procedures including Reservations Sales Aspire Marketing Funnel System.
