You’re a growth expert with a proven track record in paid advertising, outbound strategies, and rapid experimentation. Your adaptability means you can dive into new industries with ease, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves – from crafting high-level strategies to executing them hands-on. Your friends call you the execution machine because you’re the go-to person for delivering results, overcoming obstacles, and driving growth in new markets. You can be a jack of all trades. What you’ll do

• Drive growth strategies: Develop and execute growth strategies for new personas, going from 0 to 1 in various sectors

• Test & learn fast with confidence: Rapidly test growth ideas using paid ads, outbound campaigns, landing page tweaks, and whatever it takes to see what works

• Scale what works: Detect growth opportunities and scale them by creating processes and bringing in the right team members

• Optimize performance: Keep a close eye on key metrics to fine-tune all growth activities for maximum impact

• Collaborate & innovate: Work with the product team to suggest new features or growth hacks

You’re perfect for this role if you have:

• A strong track record of driving growth in startups, fast-growing companies, or digital agencies

• Proven success with paid advertising (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and can show a solid ROI

• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and running A/B tests

• A willingness to tackle any task that moves the needle

• Grit and determination to push through challenges and keep things moving forward

• Sharp analytical skills and a love for data-driven decision-making

• The ability to quickly grasp and enter new markets
