Job Description
Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Help Desk Technical Support 2 – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift – HYBRID with our direct client in Newport News VA.
- Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- AA or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience
- Equivalency: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.
- Shift Label: 7:00-3:30 First Shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Shift Comments: Availability to work all three shifts. 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am) this includes rotating weekend shifts.
- Must be available for all shifts – 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am) with rotating weekends. Department will determine shift after training.
- Mostly remote role, no set schedule to be onsite.
- Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, O365, VPN apps and many other business and engineering applications.
- Experience doing technical support over the telephone and/or in chat – Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients – Experience working remotely.
