Job Title: Host/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Server to join our team. As a Host/Server, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve greeting guests, seating them, taking reservations, and assisting with food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
– Seat guests in a timely manner and manage reservations
– Provide menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections
– Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
– Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
– Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service roles preferred
– Strong guest services and guest relations skills
– Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
– Knowledge of food service procedures and standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.47 – $18.20 per hour
