• Perform other duties as necessarily assigned.

• Proven ability to assist HR Director with employee relations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• GED or High School Diploma (required); SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification, or Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management or administration. (Preferred)

• Minimum (3) years experience in a Human Resource role. (Required)

• Minimum (3) experience recruiting talent and staffing teams. (Required)

• Minimum (3) experience in Compliance, Policy, and Benefits Management. (Required)

• Minimum (3) collaborating with management for designing development and performance monitoring systems. (Required)

• Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles. (Required)
