– Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ current insurance coverage and offer recommendations for additional products or adjustments.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
– Utilize sales administration techniques to effectively manage client accounts and documentation.
– Employ telemarketing strategies to reach out to prospective clients and promote our insurance products.
– Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
– Utilize negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and terms for clients’ insurance policies.
– Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective targets.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
*Skills:*
– Proven experience in insurance sales or related field.
– Strong background in outside sales or retail sales is advantageous.
– Familiarity with multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish, is a plus.
– Knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
