## Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. ## Responsibilities – Market and sell various insurance products to meet the needs of clients – Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance requirements – Handle sales administration tasks efficiently – Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients – Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients – Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to prospects – Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable policies ## Requirements – Proven experience in insurance sales is preferred – Multilingual abilities are a plus – Proficiency in Bilingual communication is advantageous – Strong sales and negotiation skills – Ability to analyze clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions
