Insurance Supplements Director Job 2024 Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Supplement Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplementing insurance estimates, and handling claims, with a focus on maximizing any and all company claims. This role also allows you to sell insurance jobs, and construction remotely for Dallas Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. (This position begins with a 10% kick back on all new money brought in thru supplements.)

Duties
– Oversee the entire supplemental process on any and all Insurance Claims
– Manage relationships with clients, desk adjusters, claim adjusters, and Insurance companies
– Develop and manage a system that benefits yourself and the company
– Lead program management efforts to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

Qualifications
– Strong understanding of Insurance claims, Scope of Works, Supplements, Xactimate
– Excellent communication and relationship management skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
– Knowledge of best practices in working in supplementing insurance claims. Having an Xactimate account is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $94,652.00 – $250,000.00 per year
