We are looking to enhance our team with a highly skilled Investment Banking Relationship Manager who will play a key role in managing and expanding our investment banking relationships.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Relationship Manager to lead and manage our relationships with investment banks and institutional investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating investment banking services, negotiating terms, and fostering strong partnerships to support the client’s strategic objectives. This role is crucial for driving capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), and debt and equity financing.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and cultivate relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and other key financial partners.

– Coordinate capital market transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt/equity financing, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals.

– Negotiate terms, fees, and service level agreements (SLAs) with investment banks and financial partners.

– Work closely with internal teams, including corporate finance, legal, and compliance, to execute investment banking deals.

– Provide strategic advice and insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and capital raising strategies.

– Monitor and analyze market conditions, competitive landscape, and financial performance to identify opportunities for growth.

– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to investment banking activities.

Qualifications:

– Educational Background:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.

– An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

Experience:

– 7-10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a focus on relationship management and capital market transactions.

– Proven track record in managing relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and other financial partners.

– Experience in executing and managing complex transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt/equity financing.
