How you’ll contribute:
As a Learning Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing, governing and coordinating various tactical learning responsibilities. This individual is also responsible for coordinating logistics and schedules for all types of learning including new employee orientation, opt-in development series and other miscellaneous programming.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Plans and coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops and online training for all lines of business to help support the centralized L&D structure.
Contacts attendees and department representatives regarding training programs.
Prepares presentation materials and other documents/communications as needed
Collaborate and effectively communicate with other departments, such as catering/conference services, technology, finance, facilities, etc. to ensure seamless event delivery.
Monitors L&D mailbox and triages messages as appropriate
Oversee the management of attendance, course records and employee transcripts
Basic LMS (Learning Management System) administration including updating, and maintaining SCORM compliant e-learning modules
May develop and update training materials, programs, curriculums and collections within the LMS as needed.
Assures through audits, analysis and reports, that all new content creation and learning programs are consistently administered in compliance.
Accurately updates LMS and SharePoint content and user data in an accurate and timely manner.
Monitor all courses taught to ensure compliance with all guidelines and proper usage
Create and/or edit training presentations and documents
Assists with training delivery and other projects as needed.
We’re looking for people who have:
3 – 5 years of related experience.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, and/or other eLearning Management Systems preferred, not required.
Organizes and manages time effectively.
Attention to detail.
Effectively manages multiple and concurrent projects.
Communicates effectively with staff at all levels, verbally and in writing.
Works effectively and productively with teams.
Flexible and adaptable in changing, fast paced environments.
Expert ability to tailor communication verbally and in writing to match intended audience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Degree in learning or human resources related field preferred.
