You will co-manage our company’s learning management system (LMS) as well as plan, develop, and curate online trainings. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders, you will summarize content and design engaging interactions and assets to ensure memorable learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with LMS Administrator and Learning Resource Manager to troubleshoot LMS operations and learner issues
- Analyze audience needs
- Collaborate with SMEs to create content and logically organize it
- Decide on the appropriate learning objects and delivery methods for career paths
- Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses for the Bartlett School of Arboriculture, including text, graphics, interactions, and simulations
- Update learning objects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Media, Education, Communications or a related field is preferred
- +2 years instructional design experience with proficiency in online course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline)
- Demonstrate experience with graphics, video-editing and screen-casting tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro)
- LMS administration experience
