Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute a creative and strategic influencer strategy that showcases the unique identity of the brand and establishes a strong connection with our community. This role will lead influencer campaigns, content generation, and partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies and best practices
• Lead influencer campaigns and content generation across brand, seasonal, and retail moments
• Manage influencer partnerships, outreach, contracts, and program management
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and establish measurement protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Integrated Marketing, Brand Management, PR, Social, Media, Insights, Creative, and Retail/GTM) to implement a fully integrated influencer strategy
• Manage influencer agency partners and allocate budgets effectively
• Partner with Social and Media teams to share creative insights and amplify campaigns
• Integrate influencer content into the larger marketing calendar and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with emerging organic social trends and evolve influencer strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in paid social knowledge
• Experience managing external influencer partners and agencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,965.00 – $70,974.00 per year
